Role Description The Manager Implementation is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation of Academia’s ERP/SIS solutions for educational institutions. This role includes gathering and analyzing client requirements, leading solution configuration, and coordinating data migration while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.



The Manager Implementation will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to ensure seamless deployments and a positive client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating implementation plans, monitoring project progress, conducting user trainings, managing stakeholder communication, and proactively resolving risks and issues. The role also involves recommending process improvements, documenting best practices, and supporting continuous optimization of client implementations.
Qualifications
• Experience in project and implementation management, including planning, execution, and tracking of ERP/SaaS or enterprise software deployments.
• Strong client-facing skills, with ability to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
