Role Description As a B2B New Account Executive at Freshbliss, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new business customers, such as retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers. You will conduct market research, build and manage a sales pipeline, schedule and attend client meetings, deliver product presentations, and negotiate commercial terms. On a day-to-day basis, you will follow up on leads, prepare proposals and quotations,



coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves monitoring account performance, collecting feedback from clients, and collaborating with marketing to support promotional campaigns. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated B2B sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing new accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for engaging diverse business stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of FMCG or food and beverage industry trends; experience in health or wellness products is an advantage.
