About The Role

In this role,



you will coordinate in office services and resource requirements to ensure that services are maintained to the highest standard in all circumstances. You will coordinate the maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment, as appropriate, to ensure optimum functionality. You will identify, assess, negotiate as necessary, and resolve building maintenance and usage issues.

You will also support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring an efficient workflow, and driving team performance. This role involves coordinating with internal departments, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for excellent service delivery and achieving operational objectives. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the on-site team and external vendors supporting first-line facilities, ensuring that all contracted service levels are achieved and reported periodically.
• Report on SLAs and deliver action plans to ensure that SLAs are met or exceeded. Plan site
