Role Description The Senior Sales Manager at Ridge Homes is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth across residential projects. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, overseeing client interactions and negotiations, conducting site visits and presentations, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Senior Sales Manager will analyze market trends,



develop sales strategies, provide regular performance reports, and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals. This role also involves building strong relationships with channel partners, real estate agents, and prospective buyers to expand Ridge Homes’ market presence.
