Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Pune City.



The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within an assigned territory, including planning and executing strategies to acquire new gated societies and expand business with existing clients. The role involves leading and mentoring a field sales team, setting performance targets, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth objectives. The Area Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with society management committees, RWA members, and other decision makers, conducting meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase NoBrokerHood’s solutions. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to address client needs, manage implementations, gather market feedback, and prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analyses.
