Role Description The Digital and Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive qualified leads and brand awareness.



Day-to-day tasks include managing performance marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing web and campaign analytics, refining targeting and messaging, and optimizing budgets to maximize ROI. The manager will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, develop and test new acquisition strategies, and prepare regular performance reports and insights. The role also involves overseeing social media presence, coordinating with external partners when needed, and staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices in the financial services sector.
