Role Description The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for technology roles, ensuring ACMEDIAN attracts and hires high-quality technical talent. This full-time hybrid role is based in Panchkula, with flexibility for partial work from home as business needs allow. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates,



conducting initial technical and behavioral interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and guiding candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle. The specialist will collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to understand role requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, manage offer negotiations, and support employer branding initiatives. The role also involves using recruitment tools and platforms, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and continuously improving hiring processes to meet organizational growth objectives.

• Strong technical recruiting skills, with experience identifying and engaging candidates for software engineering and IT roles.
