Role Description The HR Intern (unpaid) will support the Human Resources function in a remote capacity, assisting with day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks. Responsibilities may include helping maintain employee records, supporting the development and documentation of HR policies, assisting with onboarding processes, and contributing to basic personnel management activities. The intern may also help research best practices in HR management, support employee benefits documentation,



and prepare reports or summaries for HR leadership. This internship role is designed to provide practical experience in HR operations while contributing to Inclusive Staffing’s mission of delivering effective remote support to clients.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge or strong interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Understanding of HR Policies and basic familiarity with Employee Benefits administration.
• Interest or experience in Personnel Management, including record keeping and onboarding support.
• Robust organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing tools).
