Role Description The Field Sales Executive – Beverages is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for driving product placement and sales across retail outlets, cafes,



and modern trade channels by visiting assigned territories daily, meeting store owners, and securing shelf space and visibility for Teepi Taap products. The executive will manage distributor and retailer relationships, ensure timely stock replenishment, execute promotional activities, and track sales performance against targets. Day-to-day tasks include market mapping, cold visits to new accounts, follow-ups with existing partners, merchandising checks, and collecting feedback from retailers and consumers. The role also involves reporting field insights, competitor activity, and demand trends to the sales leadership team to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
• Proven field sales or on-ground business development experience in FMCG, beverages, or related consumer products.
• Strong relationship-building skills with retailers, distributors, and on-premise accounts, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
