About UltraFit360UltraFit360 is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform available on iOS, Android and web. It has two sides:
• Client app: People get personalised workout programs, meal plans and progress tracking, guided by AI coaching.
• Coach portal: Fitness coaches manage their clients, assign programs, build meal plans and track results in one place.

We are growing fast and need someone to bring more coaches, clients and brand partners onto the platform.
What you will do• Reach out to fitness coaches, trainers and gyms, and explain the coach portal in simple language.
• Run short demos or calls to onboard coaches and help them get set up.
• Connect with fitness communities, influencers and brands to bring in new clients and partnerships.
• Pitch and negotiate brand deals and collaborations.
• Handle social media engagement: reply to comments and DMs, engage with fitness creators and coaches on Instagram and LinkedIn, join relevant conversations, and turn that engagement into coach sign-ups, client downloads and partnership leads.




• Support our content by sharing coach success stories, app updates and community posts, and by flagging trends and ideas to the team.
• Track every lead, call, follow-up and conversion in Excel, and share a weekly report.
• Pass coach and client feedback to our product team.

Must-have skills• Excellent spoken English and Hindi. You are confident on calls and can explain things simply.
• Solid Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS), charts and basic data analysis.
• Comfort with cold outreach on calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and email.
• Active on social media, with a good sense of how to engage with creators and communities professionally on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Self-discipline for remote work.
