About the Role:
Narmadesh Brass Industries Limited is looking for a capable and proactive HR qualified to independently manage the complete HR function at our manufacturing facility in Jamnagar. The candidate will handle HR operations for both office staff and factory employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and induction.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, shift records and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records, appointment letters, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Coordinate PF, ESIC, applicable labour law compliance and statutory documentation.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, discipline and absenteeism.
• Coordinate manpower planning with production and other departments.




• Handle contract labour documentation and workforce coordination, where applicable.
• Organize employee training, performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and workplace discipline.
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements:
• MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience; manufacturing or factory HR experience is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and employee documentation.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software or systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage HR activities for both office and factory employees.

Compensation:
Annual CTC of ₹4.2 lakh to ₹6 lakh, depending on experience, skills and suitability.
