Role Description The Business Development Executive (Inside Sales, 35k–45k) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and digital channels; presenting company offerings; and following up to drive conversions.



The Business Development Executive will collaborate with account management and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.
Qualifications
• Ability to drive Recent Business Development and Lead Generation through calls, emails, and online channels.
• Strong understanding of Business processes and commercial awareness to identify and pursue viable opportunities.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging prospects and presenting solutions clearly.
• Account Management capabilities to nurture relationships, support client retention, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Comfort with CRM
