✔ Strong experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) – HR Case Management, COE Security, HR Profiles, AWA
✔ Hands-on expertise in scripting, integrations (REST), Flow Designer, Workspaces & UI Builder
✔ Experience with Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace
✔ Understanding of ITSM processes and HRSD-ITSM alignment
✔ IntegrationHub & Spokes (SharePoint preferred)
✔ Strong debugging, security model understanding, and scalable solution design
