Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accounting professional to manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in IFRS, financial statement preparation, audits, and month-end/year-end closing processes. The role requires ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records while supporting business decision-making through timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including the Profit & Loss (P&L;), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable accounting regulations.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger balances.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support statutory, tax, and internal audits by providing the required documentation and explanations.
• Analyze financial data, identify variances,



and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and corporate governance policies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and management presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate the preparation and review of financial information for quarterly and annual earnings press releases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements, and corporate communication guidelines.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and business stakeholders, to ensure accurate accounting treatment and timely financial disclosures.
• Support the implementation of accounting process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
