Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment to manage the complete end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Candidates with prior experience in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry will be preferred. The candidate should be capable of handling both technical and non-technical recruitment across various functions, including site operations, engineering, project management, finance, administration, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.




· Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, skills, and experience criteria.
· Prepare and publish job descriptions across relevant recruitment platforms.
· Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates based on job specifications.
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
· Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and offer rollouts.
· Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize offer dropouts.

2. Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline
· Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
· Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
· Identify suitable candidates for technical, managerial, site-level, and corporate positions.
· Maintain a database of shortlisted candidates for future hiring requirements.
