Role Description The Financial Controller at rProcess Mysuru,



will oversee all key finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities are:
- Banking and treasury
- Financial controls & process improvement
- Leading and developing the finance team

Along with strong knowledge of:
- Accounting & month-end close
- Receivables, payables & invoicing
- GST, TDS & statutory compliance

The role will also involve strengthening internal controls, optimizing cash flow and working capital, coordinating with auditors and tax advisors, and partnering with business leaders on cost management and investment decisions. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mysuru, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to maintain financial discipline and support business growth.
