Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified, well-organized, and friendly Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at an educational institution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and guests professionally.

• Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and respond to general inquiries.

• Manage front-desk operations and maintain visitor records.

• Provide administrative support to the school management and staff.

• Handle appointments, emails, and basic documentation.

• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.





• Coordinate with different departments for smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-office role.

• Experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email handling.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, manage visitors, and handle calls efficiently.

• Professional attitude with good time-management skills.
