Role Description The Sales Manager role at The Renaissance is a full-time, in office position based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the company’s event solutions portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery. The role also involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, meeting defined sales targets, and providing regular performance reports and market insights to leadership. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with event planners, marketing, and operations to align client expectations with project execution and uphold high service standards.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, business development, and account management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
