Role Description The Service Manager – Mutual Fund will oversee end-to-end client servicing for mutual fund investors, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and requests. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves coordinating account opening, transaction processing, portfolio updates, and documentation with internal teams and external partners. The individual will maintain ongoing communication with clients,



provide updates on investments, assist with portfolio reviews, and support the implementation of recommended changes. The role includes monitoring service quality, tracking service metrics, ensuring regulatory and process compliance, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The Service Manager will also collaborate with sales and advisory teams to deliver a seamless client experience and support retention and growth of AUM.
Qualifications

• Solid client servicing and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Solid knowledge of mutual funds and investment products, including basic understanding of asset allocation, risk profiles, and regulatory guidelines.
