Our founding team brings over 40 years of combined experience across Digital Strategy, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Marketing Technology.

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive who is passionate about hiring exceptional talent and supporting key HR processes. The role is focused on 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Operations, providing an opportunity to work across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment (80%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.




• Drive offers rollout and candidate follow-ups until onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Analyze the recruitment funnel, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive actions to improve hiring efficiency and candidate conversion.

HR Operations (20%)

• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and recruitment documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards and HR reports.
• Assist with attendance, confirmation processes, and other HR administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources.
• 0–1 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
