About Troovy

Troovy makes clean-label snacks and nutrition for kids. We're one of India's fastest growing D2C brands in the category, lean, rapid, and based in Gurgaon.

About the Role

Amazon and Flipkart are two of our most important growth channels, and they need one person to own them end to end. We're looking for a Marketplace Lead who has done this before, not someone who wants to learn it here. Whatever moves the number on these two platforms will be yours to figure out and yours to answer for. This person will own the entire PnL of the marketplace business.

What You'll Own

• Amazon and Flipkart P&L;, including revenue, margins and profitability
• Listings and content, including titles, images, A+ content and catalog hygiene
• Keyword and ad strategy, including sponsored ads, bidding and ROAS and TACoS optimization
• Pricing strategy across both platforms, balancing competitiveness and margin
• Inventory planning and fulfillment,

including stockout prevention
• Ratings, reviews and customer feedback loops
• Day to day account health across both platforms

What We're Looking For

• Hands on experience running a consumer brand's Amazon and/or Flipkart business, with outcomes you can point to, such as a rank recovered, a TACOS brought down, a listing rebuilt or a stockout prevented
• Working knowledge of Amazon SEO, including keyword indexing, backend search terms and how content and conversion rate influence organic rank
• Sharp analytical instincts, comfortable diagnosing why a listing is underperforming within minutes of opening the dashboard
• An owner's mindset: you want the marketplace number to be entirely yours
• Tier-1 education background (IIT, BITS, NIT, IIM) preferred
