Internally, we maintain a sophisticated infrastructure stack combining on-premise virtualization, secure networking, GPU compute, and developer platforms, enabling both product development and cybersecurity operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure & Platform Lead who can take ownership of our internal IT and infrastructure,



bring operational maturity, and build systems that scale with the company.
Role Overview

The Infrastructure & Platform Lead will be responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving SecNinjaz's internal infrastructure and IT setting.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of managing virtualization, secure networking, identity systems, developer platforms, and security infrastructure while leading a small team of IT engineers. The candidate will also mentor junior infrastructure engineers and help establish professional operational standards.

You will ensure that our internal systems are secure, resilient, well-documented, professionally operated and compliant, forming the backbone of our cybersecurity and product engineering teams.

Candidates should demonstrate strong understanding of secure infrastructure design and operational security practices.
