About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores & Logistics Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, production material movement, and logistics activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling electronic components, semiconductors, PCBs, PCBAs, connectors, cables, harnesses, mechanical parts, and finished products. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records,



ensuring timely material availability for production, and coordinating with procurement, production, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities1. Stores & Inventory Management
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming electronic components, semiconductors, PCBs, PCBAs, connectors, cables, mechanical parts, and finished goods.
• Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Challans, and invoices.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Ensure proper binning, labeling, material identification, and traceability.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and monitor shelf life.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/MRP systems.

2. Production Material Management
• Issue materials to production according to Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and production planni
