Role Description The Accounts Payable Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Katra. This role oversees the accounts payable function,



ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and credit notes in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements. The supervisor monitors daily AP operations, including invoice verification, approvals, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries, while maintaining up-to-date records and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, optimizing workflows to improve efficiency, and supporting audits by providing required documentation and reports. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will guide and mentor team members, allocate work, review performance, and promote compliance and internal controls within the finance function.
