The Studio
Slate of Swan is an ESG-focused creative consultancy. We help organisations tell their sustainability story clearly and credibly — sitting at the intersection of data and ESG rigour (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, BRSR) and design that people actually want to read. We're women-owned, women-led, and part of the Consultivo Group.
The Brief
As Reporting Project Manager, you'll own the delivery process end to end — making sure every report reaches the client on the committed timeline, with the quality it deserves. You'll understand how reporting, content and design come together, and hold that process together on the client's behalf.
The Deliverables

• Own the delivery process for each project, from kickoff through final QA
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience throughout
• Coordinate design, content and ESG/data teams against a shared timeline
• Ensure every deliverable meets Slate of Swan's quality standard before it reaches the client

• Track progress against the committed timeline and flag risks early
• Run project meetings: agendas, minutes, status updates and wrap-ups
• Send regular status updates to clients and keep internal teams aligned
• Champion client delight — making sure the final report lands on time, and lands well

The Toolkit
This role does not require a design background, but it does require design literacy — the ability to recognise when a layout is off-brief, when copy needs another pass, and what it will take to bring a deliverable to final quality.
