E-Waste Recyclers India (EWRI) provides e-waste collection, recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD) and secure data destruction services to corporates and OEMs across India.
Job location - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Hyderabad.
About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience to identify potential clients, build corporate relationships and generate qualified business opportunities.
Your focus will be approaching companies, understanding their requirements, arranging meetings and identifying vendor onboarding opportunities.
Key responsibilities
• Research and identify corporates, OEMs, data centres and other bulk e-waste generators.
• Identify relevant contacts in procurement, IT, administration, facilities and sustainability.
• Approach prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and in-person visits.
• Introduce EWRI’s services and understand how companies currently manage e-waste and retired IT assets.
• Identify upcoming disposal requirements, including material types, locations and expected timelines.




• Schedule meetings between prospective clients and EWRI’s management or designated team.
• Obtain vendor onboarding contacts, registration links, requirements and timelines for the internal team.
• Maintain accurate outreach records, client responses and follow-up schedules.
• Build ongoing relationships to identify repeat and future opportunities.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation or corporate sales.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in cold outreach and engaging with corporate decision-makers.
• Ability to research companies, identify relevant contacts and follow up consistently.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally for client meetings.
