At IT By Design (ITBD), we’re looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as our next Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
This is more than a marketing leadership role. It’s an opportunity to build and transform a marketing engine across four business lines: Core ITBD, AI By Design, TeamGPS, and Build IT LIVE.

? What You’ll Lead:
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline, qualified leads, and funnel performance.
• Build a scalable, revenue-driven demand generation engine.
• Lead Demand Generation, Community & Events, and Brand & Messaging.
• Strengthen marketing operations, HubSpot, lead lifecycle management, and attribution.
• Shape positioning across IT services, AI solutions, SaaS, and industry events.
• Turn Build IT LIVE and our MSP community into year-round growth drivers.
• Own marketing strategy, budget, team development, and hiring.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 12+ years of B2B marketing experience,



including 4+ years leading teams of 15+.
• Solid demand generation expertise and proven ownership of pipeline targets.
• Experience marketing to North American audiences.
• Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, marketing automation, attribution, and marketing operations.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Experience building or transforming marketing functions.
• IT services, MSP, AI services, or SaaS experience is a strong advantage.
