Role Description The Operations Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of daily clinical and administrative operations at Archish Fertility & IVF. This role includes coordinating patient flow, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that operational processes align with clinic standards and regulatory requirements. The Operations Specialist will monitor key performance metrics, assist in implementing process improvements, and collaborate with clinical, administrative, and sales teams to enhance service delivery. They will support inventory management, vendor coordination,



and documentation, while helping to resolve operational issues promptly. The role also involves contributing to patient experience initiatives, supporting cross-functional projects, and maintaining accurate operational records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain service standards
• Ensure smooth patient flow, appointments, and counselling coordination
• Handle patient queries, issues, and service recovery
• Supervise front desk, nursing, housekeeping, and support staff
• Coordinate with doctors, embryology, and clinical teams
• Manage inventories, consumables, and vendor coordination
• Support billing checks, MIS reports, and documentation
• Assist with center hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols
• Support marketing and referral activities when needed

Requirements
• 2–3 years’ experience in healthcare operations (IVF preferred)
