Role Description The Hospital Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for driving sales growth and relationship management within assigned hospital accounts. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting Stemz Healthcare services and solutions to hospital stakeholders, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves territory management, planning and executing sales strategies, conducting regular meetings and product discussions with medical and administrative staff, and monitoring sales performance against targets. The Hospital Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, address customer queries, and provide ongoing support. The role requires maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong Hospital Sales and Medical Sales skills to effectively engage with healthcare institutions and clinical decision-makers.
• Candidates should possess Territory Management and Business Planning skills to develop strategies, manage assigned regions, and optimize sales performance.
• Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account management.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices, preferably in hospital or institutional sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships at multiple levels within hospitals.
• Robust analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or healthcare administration
