Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Sourcing & Closing Manager with real estate experience and a strong network in South Bombay to drive residential property sourcing and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source CP's & clients for premium and luxury residential properties across South Bombay.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers & developers.
• Identify recent projects and mandate opportunities.
• Manage client negotiations and drive successful property closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sourcing and sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing.
• Strong knowledge of the South Bombay real estate market.
• Existing channel partner network and luxury real estate exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
