What You'll DoAs a Study Abroad Operations Executive, you'll play an important role in delivering a seamless admission experience for students applying to universities worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Student & Client Management:



Manage student communication, understand requirements, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive client experience.
• University & Course Research: Research international universities, academic programs, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and application deadlines.
• Admissions & Application Processing: Support students throughout the university application process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submissions.
• Documentation Management: Review, verify, organize, and maintain application documents, including academic records and supporting materials.
• Coordination & Communication: Work closely with students, internal departments, and international university representatives to keep applications progressing smoothly.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records, manage multiple applications, track deadlines, and identify opportunities to improve existing workflows.
