About the Role

We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support business development activities through effective coordination, communication, and follow-up. The role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business activities, timely completion of tasks, and efficient management of ongoing projects and business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive mapping and identify, research, and reach out to potential clients to drive business development opportunities.
• Business Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for routine client communications, follow ups, updates, and information sharing.




• Follow-ups & Tracking: Track pending activities, commitments, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely closure.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with relevant teams to align priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and facilitate the timely execution of tasks.
• Process Management: Maintain organized records, databases, and status trackers to ensure transparency and efficient workflow management.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain qualified relationships with clients and other stakeholders through timely communication and consistent follow-ups.
• Problem Resolution: Identify delays, coordinate with the relevant teams, and escalate issues wherever necessary.
• Management Support: Assist the management team with business updates, coordination activities, and special assignments as required.
