Company Description Alankrit by Manju Jalota is a 30-year-old organization dedicated to reviving India’s traditional craft of Chikankari and supporting the artisans who create it. The company collaborates with craftspeople across forty villages in and around Lucknow, strengthening local communities and preserving heritage skills. Alankrit has extended its reach to some of the most remote areas, overcoming infrastructure challenges to engage and empower rural workers. Today, approximately 5,000 artisans work with Alankrit, contributing to the brand’s growth and impact in the handcrafted textiles sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Creative Production (Posts, Reels & Graphics)
Reel & Video Creation: Script, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Shorts) highlighting fabric details, drape styling, behind-the-scenes artisan work, and trend-focused audio formats.

Post & Visual Design: Create static posts, story layouts, graphics, and carousels using Canva or photo editing software aligned with luxury fashion aesthetics.

Active Social Media Management & Online Sales Handling
Publishing & Consistency: Maintain a regular, structured posting calendar across channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) to keep our online audience constantly engaged.

Online Sales & Inquiry Management: Actively manage online sales interactions across Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, and WhatsApp inquiries—guiding high-intent prospects through product specs, pricing, and sizing to convert social leads into direct website/WhatsApp sales.

3. Photoshoot Management
Shoot Logistics & Setup: Coordinate logistics for collection, catalog, and campaign photoshoots (managing garment prep, shot lists, model styling, and studio setup).

On-Ground Assistance: Work directly on set during shoots to capture real-time behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, ensure image alignment, and maintain creative quality.
