Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance and long-term savings solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with prospective clients to generate business opportunities.
• Understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Explain policy features, perks, premiums, coverage, and applicable terms.
• Assist customers throughout the application, documentation, underwriting, and policy issuance process.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide support for renewals, policy queries, and claims-related services.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while following applicable regulatory guidelines.




• Maintain accurate customer records and use digital tools for daily activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance, finance, and financial planning.
• Customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to work towards sales targets.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and build a professional network.
• Basic computer and digital tool proficiency.
• Minimum high school qualification; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
