Role Overview
As we grow across South India, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Admin to own hiring and people operations end to end. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, working directly with the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end hiring for legal, operations, business development and technology roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and closing offers
• Build hiring pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, law college placement cells and referrals
• Run onboarding: offer letters, joining formalities and employee records




• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for advocates and consultants across states
• Manage attendance, payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
• Handle office administration, assets and vendor coordination
• Help build HR policies and processes as the team grows

Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PG in HR preferred
• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (freshers with relevant internships are welcome)
• Comfortable with job portals, LinkedIn and MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Robust communication in English and Tamil
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a rapid-moving startup
