Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Delhi, NY.



The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth for Wonderwoods’ wood flooring, decking, and cladding solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation through market research, networking, and outreach; conducting client meetings and presentations; and building strong relationships with developers, architects, hospitality clients, and other key stakeholders. The role involves active account management, including follow-ups, negotiation support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely proposals, pricing, and order fulfillment. The Business Development Executive will also track market trends, provide feedback to the leadership and product teams, and contribute to sales strategies and brand positioning initiatives.
