Role Description The Demi Chef De Partie Continental is a full-time, on-site role based in Defence Colony. This role supports the Continental section, assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to brand recipes and quality standards. The Demi Chef De Partie Continental helps manage mise en place,



maintains kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, and ensures consistency in taste and presentation across all Continental offerings. The role includes collaborating with the culinary team, monitoring inventory for the section, minimizing wastage, and supporting menu development and new dish trials as required. The Demi Chef De Partie also assists in training junior team members, following standard operating procedures, and coordinating with other sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
Qualifications
• Strong Continental cuisine skills, including preparation, cooking techniques, and plating of appetizers, mains, and sauces.
• Knowledge of qualified kitchen operations, including mise en place, stock rotation, and section organization.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
