ProAnalyst is a data analytics and BI consulting firm. We build dashboards, data pipelines and analytics teams for clients in the US, Australia and India, and we have a growing AI service line. We’re building our outbound motion from the ground up, and this is the first dedicated hire for it.

The Role, in One Line

You own outbound from start to finish: you find the right people, write to them in a way they’ll actually read, keep following up with patience, and turn replies into booked meetings.

What You’ll Do

Research before you write. Learn enough about each prospect (their role, company, recent changes, likely pain) that your first message couldn’t have been sent to anyone else.

Write personalised outreach.



Cold emails and LinkedIn messages that sound like a person, not a template. Short, specific, and easy to reply to.

Design and run sequences. Plan multi-touch sequences across email, LinkedIn and calls. Decide the channel, the gap between touches, and what each touch adds that the last one didn’t.

Read the signals. Know when someone is likely to respond and when they aren’t: timing, role changes, funding, hiring, engagement with earlier touches. Push where there’s interest and back off where there isn’t.

Follow up with patience. Most replies come after the third, fifth or seventh touch. You keep going without getting pushy, and you know when a thread should be closed.

Book qualified meetings. Handle replies, answer basic questions, qualify fit, and get meetings on the consulting team’s calendar.

Learn from the numbers. Track opens, replies and meetings, see what’s working, and adjust messaging and targeting every week.
