As an Experienced Associate - Organizational Change Management you will support client transformation efforts by developing change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement approaches, and learning solutions that help people adapt to new ways of working within our Workforce Consulting practice. As an Associate you will learn through client engagement, contribute to project tasks, build confidence in a fast-paced environment, and use curiosity, adaptability,



and reliability to support senior team members while developing your technical knowledge and personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will help assess change impacts, readiness, and stakeholder needs, create personas and journey maps, identify barriers to adoption, and develop materials that support communication and training efforts across organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conducting change impact, readiness, and stakeholder assessments to shape engagement plans
• Developing change management strategies, communications, and leadership and end user messaging for transformation initiatives
• Creating personas and journey maps to reflect stakeholder needs across client groups
• Identifying barriers to change and developing mitigation actions to support adoption
• Establishing performance measures to track progress of change initiatives and adoption outcomes
• Designing training needs analyses and learning plans that support implementation activities
