Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced hands-to Head Finance & Accounts for a multi-business operation comprising arcade games, sports courts, go-karting, F&B; outlets, bar operations, hotel and accommodation, and party and event hosting facilities.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, consolidated MIS, departmental profitability, audit coordination, internal controls and finance team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Finance Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the accounts and finance team, establish SOPs and internal controls, and ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial activities.




• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank and vendor reconciliations, monthly financial closure, financial statements, cash flow statements and Notes to Accounts.
• GST & Statutory Compliance: Independently manage GST compliance, including ITC eligibility, blocked credits, reversals, GSTR-2B reconciliation and GST notices. Ensure compliance with TDS, EPF, Skilled Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Audit & Taxation: Coordinate with statutory and tax auditors, consultants and tax authorities; manage notices, submissions, assessments and audit observations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, capital expenditure planning and budget-versus-actual variance analysis, recommending corrective actions for significant deviations.
• Cash Flow & Payment Planning: Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and monthly cash flow statements,
