Key Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, high-ownership Key Account Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our corporate partners. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of hiring drives for our partnered companies, drive process automation and optimization, and nurture long-term client relationships to boost retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Hiring Drive Ownership
• End-to-End Drive Ownership: Take complete ownership of hiring drives for partnered companies from kickoff and requirement gathering to candidate placement and post-hiring syncs.
• Client Relationship & Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for company POC , ensuring complete alignment on program goals, hiring timelines, and outcomes to drive client retention and satisfaction.




• Student & Candidate Guidance: Actively engage with candidates/students to guide them through their recruitment journey, resolve queries, and provide actionable recommendations for success.

2. Process Improvement & Automation
• Process Optimization: Evaluate existing operations, identify friction points, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency across recruitment drives.
• Automation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools, streamline workflow tracking, and reduce operational effort.

3. Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Multi-Channel Engagement: Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt, professional manner.
• System Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date, structured records and CRM databases with complete accuracy.
