Strongbuild Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced QS Billing Engineer to join our construction team in Mumbai.

? Experience: 3–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare client bills based on approved drawings, BOQ, measurements and site progress.
• Verify contractor/subcontractor bills, RA bills and contractual adjustments.
• Prepare and check Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), quantity take-offs and measurement sheets.
• Reconcile client, contractor and actual site quantities, along with material consumption.
• Track quantity variations and support final billing and project closure.
• Coordinate with Project, Site,
Planning and Accounts teams to ensure accurate, timely billing.
What We’re Looking For:
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Robust knowledge of BOQ, BBS, rate analysis and construction billing.
• Experience in RCC, reinforcement, civil and finishing works.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing software.
• Ability to interpret civil and structural drawings.
Experience in residential/commercial building projects, client billing and contractor bill verification will be preferred.
