About Our CompanyPlantopia Farms Pvt. Ltd. cultivates and sells fresh strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. We also produce farm-fresh berry jams. We supply our products through distributors and are expanding our direct-to-customer sales through our e-commerce website.
Job Responsibilities• Manage and maintain the company website and e-commerce operations.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop creative posts, reels, product photos, videos, and promotional content.
• Manage online product listings, orders, customer enquiries, and sales.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and online sales.




• Follow up with customers and ensure smooth order processing and delivery coordination.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Support business development activities to expand the company's online customer base.

Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Education in Business Development, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
• Must be proficient in Tamil and English; Hindi is also required.
• Knowledge of website management, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Ability to manage online sales and work independently.
