About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive business development, sales, and marketing activities for our Audio-Visual (AV) solutions business.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in B2B sales, field marketing, offline and online marketing, and social media management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, increasing brand visibility, and achieving revenue targets.
The candidate must be comfortable with extensive travel for client meetings, field marketing, business development, exhibitions, and project-related activities. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Identify and develop current business opportunities for the company’s products and services.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings,



deliver presentations, and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government departments, educational institutions, consultants, architects, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales presentations, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Identify new markets, monitor competitor activities, and explore opportunities for business growth.

2. Field Marketing & Offline Marketing
• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, client visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Identify prospective customers through direct outreach, networking, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and institutional customers.
