2. POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Executive – Quality Control to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
The candidate will be responsible for laboratory testing, quality documentation, equipment calibration, QC manpower management, product stability studies, and coordination with R&D;, Production, Procurement, and other relevant departments. The role will also support the implementation and maintenance of 5S practices and applicable requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 within the scope of QC activities.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA.



BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES – QUALITY CONTROL• Conduct routine and non-routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with approved specifications and company quality standards.
• Manage, supervise, and train QC team members to ensure efficient functioning of the Quality Control Department.
• Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, test results, inspection reports, and quality documentation in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for laboratory equipment, consumables, repairs, maintenance, calibration, and stock availability.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, equipment organization, laboratory cleanliness, and effective workplace management.
• Evaluate test results, identify deviations from established quality standards, and initiate appropriate correct
