Role Description The EA to Founder is a full time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the founder. Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing agendas and follow-ups. The role involves handling email and communication on behalf of the founder, tracking key action items, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The EA will assist with research, preparing presentations and reports,



and supporting business meetings and investor or partner interactions. This position also requires maintaining confidentiality, organizing documents, and helping streamline workflows and priorities for the founder.
Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting emails, documents, and presentations.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), scheduling tools, and basic documentation management.
• Ability to conduct basic research, summarize findings, and prepare concise reports or briefs for decision-making.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
