About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Co-Founder with expertise in Operations Management, Business Scaling, and Strategic Execution, who is willing to invest in the business and actively contribute to its next phase of growth.

Our business has already generated ₹5 Cr+ in historical revenue, demonstrating our experience in building and operating a revenue-generating business. We are now looking for the right partner to strengthen operations, expand our market presence, build high-performing teams, and scale the business to its next level.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and optimize day-to-day business operations.
• Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies.
• Build and manage teams, processes, and operational systems.
