We're Hiring | Technical Lead – Enterprise Applications & AI
At HUMANITI AI, we're looking for an experienced Technical Lead who can build scalable enterprise applications, integrate AI into business workflows, and take ownership of software projects from development to deployment.
We're looking for someone with solid software engineering fundamentals who is excited about building applications in an AI-first environment.

What you'll work on:
• Enterprise applications and ERP-integrated systems
• Backend development, APIs and database architecture
• AI-powered business applications and workflow automation
• Integration of LLMs and AI capabilities into software
• Technical architecture, code reviews and mentoring developers
• End-to-end development and deployment of business solutions

What we're looking for:
• 3–6 years of software development experience




• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs and databases
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar technologies
• Familiarity with AI coding tools, LLM APIs and AI-assisted development
• Ability to take technical ownership and guide junior developers

Experience with ERP systems, SaaS products or enterprise applications will be an added advantage.

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Work from Office)
Employment: Full-time
Compensation: ₹8.4–12 LPA
