Job Description: Senior Media Planner – Out-of-Home (OOH)
Location: Remote, India
Target Market: United States
Experience: 3–4 years
Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (EST Working, Fixed and non-negotiable)

The Role:
• Turn briefs into plans: Deliver data-backed OOH recommendations and polished, client-ready decks every day.
• Think independently: Recommend formats, locations and media mixes based on client objectives, audiences and target-account analysis.
• Make budgets work: Build tiered options with accurate costing, clear rationale and efficient turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build vendor relationships: Source, develop and retain relationships across hundreds of U.S. media vendors.
• Own vendor coordination: Obtain proposals, negotiate rates,



check availability and manage follow-ups and revisions.
• Prepare accurate deliverables: Build media grids and decks; validate calculations, media and production costs, specifications and timelines.
• Keep teams aligned: Proactively share updates, recommendations and blockers with Sales and Customer Success.
• Improve efficiency with AI: Accelerate research, analysis and delivery while verifying accuracy and protecting client information.

Must-Have Skills:
• Excellent spoken and written English: Confident conversations, professional emails and clear presentation of recommendations.
• Strong mathematics and analytical skills: Comfortable with budgets, audience data, rate comparisons and campaign metrics.
• Spreadsheet and presentation proficiency: Robust Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
• Ownership and attention to detail: Manage multiple briefs, meet deadlines and follow through independently.
