Role Description The Video Editor and Social Media Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for producing and managing digital content that engages and supports first-generation university students and recent graduates. Day-to-day work includes editing short- and long-form videos, creating basic motion graphics or visual assets, and repurposing raw footage into clear, compelling stories for social platforms.



The role also involves planning and scheduling posts, writing concise and inclusive captions, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring social media performance metrics. The associate collaborates with program and marketing teams to align content with organizational goals, maintain a consistent brand voice, and support campaigns, workshops, and virtual events. Additional duties may include maintaining content libraries, responding to audience comments or messages, and staying current with video and social media trends relevant to learners in India.
